Two codes. One ticket.

Store QR knows the shop. Stylist code knows the partner. Scan tags the store. Staff adds items and her code. Same code for coupons and events.

Printed on the counter QR. It already knows the shop, so nobody picks a store.

Short, human, uppercase. Works at the register, on her coupons and at her events.

For clients

Browse the directory and note her code.

Go to a Rio store

Rio hair lives in chosen South Florida beauty supply stores.

Tell them her code

Staff tags the ticket to her at the counter. That's it.

For store staff

Ask → Ring → Scan → PIN → Items + her code → Done

  1. 1Ask the client if a stylist sent her.
  2. 2Ring the sale on your register as usual.
  3. 3Scan the Rio QR taped at the counter.
  4. 4Unlock with the 4-digit store PIN.
  5. 5Add the items and her code.
  6. 6Press Done · Listo. Green check.

This is not a cash register. The sale is already rung — the app only captures who sent the client.
